Learn about Balboa Park in a unique and interactive way. Using the in-game clues and the on-screen map; users can locate famous landmarks, and other popular destinations throughout the park. When a user is within the clue’s proximity; a red circle on the map, the user can snap a picture of what they think the clue is referring to. The app uses the Clarifai API to analyze the picture and return a set of keywords. If your picture matches with the clue, you’ll complete that clue and you can advance to the next clue.

App Functionality & How to Play:

Create your hunter handle name and your name will be displayed at the top as you play.

You will be given clues for each object and your location will be displayed on the map.

When you have located the clue, take a photo of it.

When capturing the photo, the map will display a red radius circle around the object. You must be within this circle when you take the photo.

If you are within the circle, you will see a green alert message will pop-up stating you were successful and you can advance to the next clue.

If you are not within the red circle, a red alert message will pop-up stating that you are too far away and need to try again closer. If you can't find the item, you can go to the next clue.
